The Point is part of the Assemblies of God and affiliated with the Willow Creek Association.  The Point is known for its casual and creative approach to presenting God’s Word.

Standing in the middle of a movie theater transformed into a church auditorium you feel a sense as though something is going to happen.  Every week it does!  People from every walk of life and every way of life gather every Sunday to experience God.  The music is more like a rock concert and the messages are focused on every day living.  The Point is truly a “church like no other.”

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We think going to church should be fun!  We want you to enjoy yourself when you’re here.  That means:

* Dress casually and comfortably (jeans, shorts, t-shirts – whatever works for you is fine for us)
* Free food – that’s right, FREE food!
* Great, live music (guitars, drums – the works)
* Teaching that is practical and relevant to your life on Long Island
* A service that lasts about 65 minutes
* If you have children take them to Theater 3 where our trained staff provides safe and secure Children’s Ministry.
